I don't know what happened in the burning process to make those discs play like shit. Having said that, I neevr encountered anything like that in the 1993 yearbook. I'll look at the segments where the discs crap out and see if I need to watch anything that could be a contender.

It's very strange because it varies from disc to disc but it only comes up between the last 10-5 minutes of the discs. 5 minutes is not a big deal really because SMW matches rarely ran that late and usually you are only missing local promos and a brief wrap up promo or if you do miss a big angle they will replay it the next week in full or near full so you still get to see it. So far the biggest "god damnit!" has been Del Ray v. Morton which was getting pretty good when the disc died.

 

At first I thought it may have been my player, but I have had no problems with the AWA discs. I will say that the spindle came cracked and the top had slid almost completely off so that may have had something to do with it.
