Dave Finlay vs. Danny Collins 2/1/86 - Walton badmouthed this match-up from the start because of the weight difference. And they proved him out by working a squash. I'm with Kent; not sure why they bothered doing the match if it was going to go that way.

Dave Finlay vs. Grasshopper 3/22/86 - They did some amusing stuff early with Finlay seeming confounded by Grasshopper's martial arts mannerisms. But then Finlay put him away pretty easily.

Danny Collins vs. Mal Sanders 8/2/86 - This just never took off for me, though some of the grappling was decent enough. Another stupid injury finish. Grhh.

Danny Collins vs. Tally Ho Kaye 3/3/85 - My favorite part of this was Walton's contempt for Kaye, who apparently came from a family of champion show jumpers and never fully committed himself to wrestling. I actually liked Kaye, who was a dumpy guy with some fun chickenshit mannerisms and solid grappling ability. Collins won too easily for it to be a much of a match, but it was entertaining enough.

Danny Collins vs. Jimmy Breaks 4/4/84 - This was Breaks' chance to regain his belt after he lost it to Collins, who was 17 and looked 15. Breaks dominated the match and conveyed near-disbelief at the idea that he had to dick around with this youngster. But his performance wasn't nearly as focused as in the Davey match, which featured a similar story. The no-contest finish after Collins knocked heads with the ref was even shittier than the average WOS shitty finish. Ugh. No vote.
