1. Mando Guerrero v Alex Knight

Fun while it lasts, but pretty short. Mando stands out as he moves really unique. I hope we get some longer Mando stuff.

*Bill Apter interviews new AWA champion Jerry Lawler*

2. Brian Knobbs v Samoan Joe

OK I swear this is the 3rd different Samoan Joe. Is this some sort of running joke? Name the islander Samoan Joe? Knobbs works stiff here but still sells. If it had gone longer I would have put it on as an EX, but too short and not enough of a mauling.

3. Teijho Khan v Ricki Ataki

Khan may be the goofiest dude I've ever seen, but this was a fun squash.

*Jerry Lawler wins AWA title. The King wins the strap after catapulting Hennig into the ringpost, to the canvas, and on to the WWF. This is just a few minutes’ worth of footage, and wasn't it on the Memphis set? The one with Jackie Fargo getting involved as the guest ref?

*Bill Apter interviews Hennig immediately following the title loss*

4. Greg Gagne v Paul Diamond

Match is going really nicely and gets some time, but ends with Jannetty running in and beating down Diamond. Fun while it lasted, but not quite enough to nominate.

5. The Rock & Roll Express v Krusher Krugnoff/Mike Richards

This was short and pretty standard RnR. Does Gibson always miss his dropkicks this badly or have I just caught two bad performances in a row?
