Loved where Samu accidentally hits Fatu. Gets Cox back in the corner, stops before he hits Fatu again, Cox dodges on the 2nd attempt and he nailed Fatu again. Once the SST take over, they run through all of their devastating offense. I’ll forgive Fatu’s shitty nerve hold since it lead to the double clothesline spot. Nice hot end with a sweet plancha from Cox and the swank PS DDT. Man, we have nominated lesser matches that will make the set. This deserves to go on. Superclash III D2

Cox ends up taking a wild over the top bump and they start stiffing him with some nice offense. Cox takes a really nice hot shot bump that rattled the whole ring. Nice double clothesline spot. Cox hits a nice over the top plancha but Hayes ends up eating the fall shortly thereafter. Fun match. Edit: I'm sure there are probably lesser matches than this that I have passed through but I can't say there is anything about this that stands out as dynamic or super interesting. No problem with the nomination really but I have a hard time believing this will be good enough to make a top 100 or even 125
May 2, 201213 yr comment_5501501 World Class Tag Titles: The Samoan Swat Team (Fatu & Samu) © vs. Steve Cox & Michael "PS" Hayes (12/13/88) Thank God for Hayes as he has to carry all the charisma for his team as Cox really brings nothing to the table. SST was great at bumping around for Cox though before getting a chance to pound on Steve for a bit although Steve wasn't good at selling the punishment as he just rolled around on the mat. Hayes was awesome working the corner getting the heat for Cox before getting the hot tag and running wild on the SST. The fans were into the 4-way action with Cox actually hitting a really good flying plancha from the ring to the floor. Hayes would drop Fatu with the DDT but Buddy Jack would run in to hit him from behind and Fatu rolled over to win. If Cox had worked this match like he hit that plancha it would've been better but since he didn't this was just a decent to good match and not a nomination.
