Posted April 6, 201114 yr comment_5469213 Dizzy Hogan v. Tommy Rogers Not good but not awful. Lasted way too fucking long, Hogan won with the full nelson. Chris Adams v. Mike Miller The opening couple of minutes of this were pretty flat but once Miller took over with the sharp knee I started to enjoy it. His double chicken wing/camel clutch combo looked cool, his powerslam looked good and I thought his elbow drop was really sick. He also ate the superkick really well on the transition spot. Adams is all superkicks in this and wins with a cross body. Fun match. Buddy Rose promo with a softball team. Rose was ridiculous in this. EXTRA Rip Oliver v. Steve Pardee (2/3 Falls) God this went on forever. I don't mind Oliver in tags and shorter matches but this went on forever and there was very little of note that was interesting. Did I mention that this went on forever? Rocky Johnson promo. Chris Adams promo. Buddy Rose/Rip Oliver promo. Dizzy Hogan v. Steve Pardee Boring but much shorter than the Oliver match and thus more tolerable. Clips of Buddy Rose v. David Schultz. Buddy beats Dr. D with a chair and posts him. Dr. D comes back and posts Buddy and then piledrives him on the floor. Both guys are bloody as fuck. EXTRA Buddy Rose promo. Really good promo on Schultz. EXTRA David Schultz v. Curt Hennig (2/3 Falls) JIP. Hennig is in peril and loses the fall pretty quickly after a backbreaker. Second fall opens up with Dr. D keeping Hennig at bay on the floor. Hennig ends up taking over finally and goes to work on Dr. D's leg. Hennig ended up winning with a really shit looking roll up. Final fall is a quick DQ with Hennig trying to go for the leg and Schultz going for the eyes as the finish. Not a good match at all. Rip Oliver/Buddy Rose promo. Bret Sawyer/Rocky Johnson promo. Dr. D promo talking about his feud with Rose. Might be EXTRA material.
