Wiskowski was brutally stiff with some of this stuff and his piledriver looked fucking murderous to take the fall. Third fall sees Wiskowski get DQ'ed after attacking the ref. It's a shame we don't have this in full because the pieces that are there make you think this was a pretty good match. Billy Jack Haynes/Ricky Vaughn promo. Vaughn is introduced to Portland. Bobby Jaggers promo debuting the new PNW belt. Really good promo on Mike Miller too. EXTRA Karl Steiner v. Don Running Bear This was not bad. Running Bear is no Two Eagles but he was okay. Steiner looked stiff and mean in flashes. Respectable. Mega Maharishi v. Billy Two Eagles Fuck yes more Two Eagles. He takes an early big bump into the corner, does a cool seated senton type move and locks on a figure-four. Mega turns the tide by blocking a monkey flip and hitting a piledriver but the finish gets overturned. If this was longer it might have been a nomination. Road Warriors v. Steve O/Jerry Monti AWA match. Black Jack Haynes v. Rip Oliver (2/3 Falls) This was a pretty hard hitting first fall. Oliver whiffed on a clothesline something fierce at one point, but other than that this was really frantic and I like that with heavyweight matches. Jack was throwing shots with really cruel intentions and hit a sick clothesline. Good diving shot from Oliver later. Really fierce fight in the best moments, even though it had it's flaws. The second fall was Oliver working the back and was a bit chinlock heavy, but I loved the stretch run with the big Oliver bump, Billy Jack hitting some major power moves and then the diving elbow finish. Just a good capstone for solid work. Third fall ends up quickly spilling to the floor and Jack gets posted. Oliver fucking kills him with a sick shoulder breaker. Sandy Barr goes down and Mike Miller comes out. A fucking fan throws a chair into the ring at Miller and Miller ends up hitting Oliver costing him the match.
