Posted April 12, 201114 yr comment_5469703 Matt Borne/Buddy Rose sitdown interview on local tv show. Really great stuff outlining the Borne/Rose family feud angle in a morning show environment. They literally do play-by-play of a recent match and argue about who is really good and bad. Then they take calls from fans. Borne and Rose are entertaining as fuck answering the questions, all of which are given by ladies and all of which are kayfabe. Awesome segment. EXTRA Chris Colt v. Art Crews Fun match. Colt bumps around like a lunatic throughout, including overrating on a back body drop, and the final whif on the big splash that had cool impact. Not anything that is going to stand out, but this was thoroughly entertaining. King Parsons v. Terry Fargo I liked Fargo in this. Good stooging, good bumping, good heeling. Parsons was not much. Okay match. Buddy Rose/Rip Oliver promo. Stan Stasiak v. Brett Sawyer (2/3 Falls) Sawyer's slow mo style, vault into headscissors ruled. Stasiak takes control with his typical bruising style and keeps tossing Hacksaw to the floor. Cool spot with Sawyer crawling around the ring and hitting a dropkick to Stasiak's back driving him over the top. Stasiak's offense is not compelling at all, but the crowd is really into Sawyer and Brett really is selling his ass off. Nervehold goes on forever and Sawyer wins with a flash pin for the first fall. 2nd Fall was not very good as it was all Stasiak and ended with a backbreaker. 3rd Fall starts with Sawyer in peril and he eventually hits another dropkick knocking Stasiak to the floor. Stupid finish with a ref bump, Stan going for a foreign object and an overturned decision thanks to Regal. Well Sawyer was decent in this at least. Stan Stasiak promo confronting Steve Regal.
