The Renegade Warriors (Chris & Mark Youngblood) vs. Kendo Nagasaki & Mr. Pogo (February 1988) Pretty decent pace to start the match with both teams taking turns working each other over getting offense in before it breaks down into a 4-way brawl featuring a ref bump and Kendo accidentally hitting Pogo with the kendo stick allowing Mark to cover him for the win. This was pretty fun although short.

Next we get Chicky Starr's Sport Shop guest hosted by El Profe who argues with Invader III.

"Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez vs. Miguel Ramos (February 1988) Great to see the Bull here.

Tony Falk vs. Mr. Verde (February 1988) Squash.

Hercules Ayala & Chicky Starr vs. Carlos Ocasio & Armando Salgado (February 1988) Squash.

"Dirty" Dutch Mantell vs. Tony Falk (February 1988) Great matchup for WWC. Dutch starts out strong before Falk takes over and here isn't treated like a comedy guy so he looks credible on offense and not doing schtick. Dutch though would come back and hit the MX to get the win. Fun while it lasted.

Dory Funk Jr. vs. Super Medico (Jose Estrada) (10/1/86) Slow Dory style technical match that features him winning after a bodyslam of all things putting his feet on the ropes for the pin.

Next we get a Ron Starr video.

Bruiser Brody vs. Gran Mendoza (February 1988) Total squash.

Afa vs. Mr. Verde (February 1988) Squash.

"Hangman" Bobby Jaggers & Dan Kroffat vs. Carlos Ocasio & Armando Salgado (February 1988) Squash.

"Soulman" Rocky Johnson vs. Tony Falk (February 1988) Short match with Rocky winning with a sunset flip.

TNT vs. Random guy (February 1988) Didn't catch the name of the guy that was squashed. Next we get a video for Abby.

Invader III vs. Random guy (February 1988) Another guy I didn't get the name of.

The Renegade Warriors (Chris & Mark Youngblood) vs. Kendo Nagasaki & Mr. Pogo Really fun sprint here. Say what you want about Kendo and Pogo as workers they were red hot as heels in these studio matches. This had a hell of a pace too it and really all four guys looked solid throwing shots, running through pretty fiery exchanges, et. I continue to be more impressed by Pogo than I should be, as he actual works like you would expect a "martial arts" gimmick to work and not...well...the Mr. Pogo I'm used to from the garbage feds. One of the Youngbloods killed someone with a pump kick in this and I actually loved the finish as you had a pretty believable ref bump, you think the match is getting tossed out and then this turns into a battle for the kendo stick as the crowd goes nuts with the faces eventually able to "steal" one by out heeling the heels. This is probably five minutes long, but I actually liked this better than some of the matches already nominated (Kansas Jayhawks Dog Collar Match for example), so I am going to put it on the dock.

The Kansas Jayhawks local promo on here is awesome just for the way they are dressed.

The sports shop section sees Profe counting money while Invader Three freaks out at him. I wish I spoke Spanish seemed interesting.

"Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez vs. Miguel Ramos

Manny Fernandez and Chicky Starr is such a great combo. I honestly can't think of two scumbags better suited to be with each other. I can just picture Chicky feeding Manny his entire phony backstory and helping him steal the social security number of an actual vet to get his benefits. This was Manny squash greatness as we got the snap drop toehold, the vicious knees and headbutts, the complete contempt for his opponent. Meanwhile Chicky is shit talking the announcer. Manny fucking kills this poor guy with two flying forearm variations down the stretch, then in the ultimate POS move Chicky comes over a gives him this dismissive "fuck you" of a kick while he's down and they leave the ring. Holy fuck, did this make me wish Manny and Chicky toured the world with this act.

There is an RnR local promo here with Robert wearing some off color plaid, foretelling the hipster future and Ricky wearing a jean jacket that he may or may not have lifted from Debbie Gibson.

Tony Falk vs. Mr. Verde Man I love the idea of this as Falk looks like the most bobo, tenth rate, "star" I've ever seen here. Seriously his gear looks like the sort of thing that a Techwood Drive jobber would have been ashamed to wear. That makes him even more douchey than he would normally be. This ended up being a really fun competitive squash to as they let Verde do some flashy shit early and then Falk turned up the bullshit strutting and started hitting shit like running lariats and surprisingly solid russian legsweeps, to compliment his punches and mask pulling. Falk ends up getting the win with a neckbreaker that also cut off a run from Verde and then does the shittiest strut in the history of wrestling. Just awesome.

There is a Rock N roll Express video here that could be an EXTRA

Hercules Ayala & Chicky Starr vs. Carlos Ocasio & Armando Salgado Immediately I wish this was Chicky and Manny. This is really a true squash as the faces get almost nothing, but I still liked it because Chicky's offense was perfect for his character and watching him recoil in terror at the first sign of the babyface offense (which didn't last long at all) was great. Also Ayala looked decent which isn't always the case. "Dirty" Dutch Mantell vs. Tony Falk This surprised me because it was basically a competitive squash with Dutch winning. I did enjoy it, but it almost seemed like a waste as they had the front end of a solid match going when it ended. I did love a lot of Dutch's work in this, but it was hard not to be disappointed. Man another great Kansas Jayhawks promo just for the look alone. Dory Funk Jr. vs. Super Medico Dory rocking the beard here to show he means business. I like Medico, but the guy really did draw the short straw on t.v. matches in terms of opponents and partners. Having said that this was perfectly fine as a match up until the finish. Dory hit some great looking forearms and Medico got some offense in. The finish was stupid as all hell, but this wasn't bad. Ron Starr video is one we have seen before I think Bruiser Brody vs. Gran Mendoza Another Brody squash that is exactly what you would expect. Brody ends up destroying Mendoza with a chair which pisses me off because Mendoza should never be sympathetic. Mendoza does get a little in, but Brody sells nothing and kills him with a boot. Afa vs. Mr. Verde Verde tried some of his flash and got his ass kicked for it. "Hangman" Bobby Jaggers & Dan Kroffat vs. Carlos Ocasio & Armando Salgado Another fun squash with these two, but probably the least of their matches. There are a bunch of short clips from stadium shows in here including TNT stealing a trophy (I think he steals it?). "Soulman" Rocky Johnson vs. Tony Falk This was pretty decent mainly due to the fact that Rocky hasn't been overexposed here and Falk was stooging and clowning around, but it seems odd how easily Falk was jobbed out on tv. TNT and Invader squashes were fine but nothing special. Abby video might be an EXTRA

My WWC 50 disc is completely different from what's listed here. I have the 1/9/88 pm, 1/16/88 pm and 1/17/88 shows on mine.

Granted, the most intersting things on it are a pair of noti-luch segments, with the more notable one being this one with Hugo about the matches with El Profe:

The other Noti-lucha segment recaps the feud between the Youngbloods and Jayhawks up to that point.

Also have a JIP Kareem Muhammad vs. Miguelito Perz match from 1/5/88 and a JIP Little Mr. T vs. Bad Boy Brown midget match from 1/6/88.
