Soldat Ustinov vs. Greg Robertson Soldat almost decks Larry Nelson with his flag before the match, Nelson having to run and duck out of the way. That was the highlight here though. Match was short. 3. Jerry Lawler v Dennis Stamp Stamp starts out controlling, locking in tight headlocks and smacking Lawler in the head, then holding on to his hair when Lawler tries to buck him. But Lawler takes over and never looks back, throwing great punches from all angles (shocking!) and finishing with the fistdrop. 4. The High Flyers v Rick Martel/Tito Santana – AWA tag title St. Paul, MN 1982 JIP Classic, and MAN does Tito take a nutsy missed crossbody over the top to the floor. 5. Curt Hennig v Jerry Lawler – AWA title Memphis, TN. JIP of the match where Jackie Fargo is ref. 6. Teijho Khan v Ricky Rice Good Rice singles match, not so much for the ring work but because the crowd really goes nuts for Ricky, especially when he hits the dropkick. He takes to long to cover though, and Khan kicks out, then Soldat runs in for the DQ. Better than it should have been.
