Posted May 6, 201114 yr comment_5470834 I liked this a lot more than Phil. Satanico instigates a shoving match with Nelson at the beginning, and the whole thing immediately breaks down, and it's awesome. Ringo didn't look too good in this, but everyone else delivered, especially Nelson - who makes a great fish out of water - and Satanico - who was just beating the shit out of dudes and was a total cock with his facial expressions the whole match. Basically, you have to work hard to get me to turn against a match built around the Infernales mugging dudes. They appear to break up after they lose, but it's lucha, so I'm guessing they broke up, like, 80 times before they actually broke up. Nomination.

July 22, 201213 yr comment_5510868 Atlantis/Ringo Mendoza/Steve Nelson vs. Los Infernales (Masakre/MS-1/Satanico) (7/28/89) Nelson going toe to toe with Satanico was pretty great to start the match and kickstarted a great Infernales beatdown. Infernales' facials were great with Satanico being such an angry prick and Masakre talking shit like a motherfucker. The tecnicos would come back led by Atlantis who was really solid here but his partners were getting mugged by the rudos. Ringo would stand up to them here but Nelson really got his ass kicked which was interesting because Nelson had been so good before. The tecs would win straight falls in spite of being dominated for most of the match and the big story was afterwards when Satanico had big time issues with his partners. I thought this was a really fun showing for the Infernales with some nice tecnico exchanges to boot. I'll push this forward as a low-end pick.
