DWB/DWG promo. Mike Furnas wins in a shitty squash match. Bob Armstrong promo. Cornette promo. Thrillseekers training video (repeat) Thrillseekers promo. All the promos on this show are pretty standard and not standing out so far. Down and Dirty with Dutch interview segment. This was pretty great stuff. It starts with Eddie Marlin and Vince McMahon saying whoever loses the RnR's v. Bodies match will be welcome in their territory. Vince is hamming it up big time and really appears to be loving the fact that he's cutting a pre-tape wrestling promo. Then it goes to a Bodies/Corny pre-tape. All three of them are really great here. Back in the ring to Dutch who has the RnR's. Ricky has a letter he wrote that he reads out loud talking about the mistakes he's made over the years and how Robert didn't have to take him back. He lays out the stips for the match. Ricky says they may or may not win and then starts to tear up as he says this could be the RnR's goodbye. This is an easy EXTRA Smothers promo. Though show clips of a crazy ladder match they worked around the horn with Smothers taking a lunatic bump to the floor with a ladder. Daryl Van Horn promo. Van Horn says that Kharis and he have been watching snuff films to prepare for his title match. WTF? EXTRA Killer Kyle v. Dirty White Boy Silly match with all hell breaking loose and Lee ends up getting pinned by DWB. Yes Lee. Rock N Roll Express v. The Infernos Fun showcase for the RnR's who looked great. Lee and Candido jump the Rnr's at the end of the match. RnR promo setting up Candido/Lee match. Thrillseekers v. Mike Sampson/Larry Santo Well Dunn show up ringside to watch the match. Storm does a reverse suplex off the top with Jericho taking the fall. Thrillseekers pre-tape from a motel room. This is just odd. EXTRA clips from Armstrong reunion in Marietta Bob Armstrong promo. "Scandanavian snake feces" Cornette promo. Mike Furnas v. The Inferno FUCK FURNAS Down and Dirty with Dutch interview segment with Tammy Fytch. Fytch challenges DWG to a singles match. DWG hits the ring and Fytch said she didn't mean a singles match with her and some big biker looking lady comes out and attacks DWG. Dutch tries to break it up and she slams him! EXTRA Tammy Fytch promo introducing Peggy Lee Leather. EXTRA Prince Kharis v. Bobby Blaze Was interesting to watch actually as Blaze has a decent enough match with Kharis even getting in some decent looking highspots during a hope spot run. DWB/DWG promo. DWG challenges Peggy Lee Leather. Rock N Roll Express v. Brian Lee/Chris Candido Candido is really "on" in this match, hitting some nasty punches, taking a high back body and getting into great position for the old drop down monkey flip attempt which Gibson blocked with a falling fist drop. Lee was fun getting pinballed around early as well. God damn, another pretty drop down/dropkick combo from the RnR's, followed up with a great blind tag/rope running spot with Candido getting clotheslined as he turned around. Heels finally have enough of the bullshit double teams and lay in one of there own with the old blindside knee to Morton as he's hitting the ropes. Morton takes his nice corner bump and then Candido elbow's him right in the god damned face. Heels isolate Morton's arm and Lee of all people locks on a Fujiwara armbar while the crowd chants Rock N Roll. Candido gets caught going for a back body drop and takes a DDT leading to the hot tag. Candido accidentally clotheslines Lee. All hell breaks loose and Tammy throws her purse to Candido as Morton kisses Tammy. Candido gets the cheapshot with the purse behind Curtis back and the heels win. Really fun tv match. Candido was so much better in SMW.
