Rock N Roll Express v. Killer Kyle/Dark Secret

Decent little opening competitive squash.

Well Dunn interview.

Randy Savage music video. EXTRA

Bedlam/Corny show up on the set freaking out.

Bruiser Bedlam v. Bobby Blaze

Man I liked this better than could have been expected. Bedlam gave Blaze an awful lot. Granted his selling was not the best and the match was really fucking short but for tv matches of this type this was the best I can remember SMW doing. Blaze got in some nice looking and flashy kicks and you really believed he had a chance. His flip kick and dropkick were really great. Bedlam's missed diving headbutt was also a nice transition. Finish was actually pretty great with Blaze flipping off the top and getting caught in mid-air for a backbreaker variation and then locked in the stomach claw for the decisive finish. I could see someone arguing against this but I thought this was neat.

Post-match Smothers makes the save which leads to a confrontation with Smothers/Corny/Bedlam. EXTRA

Finish of last weeks show with RnRs and Candido/Lee angle.

RnR promo.

Brian Lee/Chris Candido v. Anthony Michaels/Chris Hamrick

Funny stuff as Lee wrestles solo while Candido goes over to the announce both and calls the match. Post-match Candido and Lee conduct a hilarious interview together. EXTRA

Prince Kharis v. Dirty White Boy

This was interesting to watch as Kharis worked a pretty solid match. You would expect more bullshit than there was here. Instead kharis threw some pretty good strikes, attempted a spot off the top, et. DWB hit a nice crossbody for a nearfall at one point too which was surprising. Silly finish with Kharis getting hit with his own loaded arm and then Kendo The Samurai debuts and attacks Anthony post-match. EXTRA

Daryl Van Horn promo

Well Dunn v. Bobby Blaze/Anthony Michaels

Timothy Well hits an insane looking in ring tope to Michaels and almost kills himself in the process at one point here. Finish was cool.

Bob Armstrong promo. Announces Jake Roberts will be coming in to wrestle DWB.

Jake Roberts pre-tape promo. Really great stuff from Jake. EXTRA

DWB promo. His eye is taped up due to the attack by a "slant eye" named Kendo.

Kendo The Samurai v. Jobber

Squash to get Kendo over.

Daryl Van Horn promo. Van Horn says DWB looks like Dolly Pardon without the wig.

Thrillseekers promo. Well Dunn shows up and says they aren't getting respect. Jericho asks which one is Beavis and Butthead. EXTRA

Bob Armstrong promo.

Clips of Savage v. Yoko followed by a Savage pre-tape setting up his match with Bedlam. EXTRA

Corny/Bedlam promo

RnR's promo.

Tracy Smothers v. Bruiser Bedlam

Solid match. Tracy's offense looked good here and Bedlam got put over big time by kicking out of the jawjacker. Unlike the Blaze match from the previous week this felt like it should have been longer and the Cornette on the assist keeps it from being a nomination though the post match attack on Bob Armstrong might make it an EXTRA

Smothers promo..
