Holy @#!*% Cactus took the Cactus clothesline in the most awesome way possible and they follow that up with a crotching on the security railing. Back in the ring Candido goes for a drop down and Jack drops a sick leg drop to the back of his head. Candido tosses Jack to the floor and hits a nice baseball slide and then a nice leaping plancha over the top. Candido grabs a crutch from a fan and decks Cactus with which was an unexpected and awesome spot for the time period. Cactus comes back with some sick forearms in the corner but Candido gets down on the Cactus corner charge and Jack hits the steel. Candido wisely goes straight to the arm with a fujiwara armbar. Candido roles Cactus into a nice pinning combo. Jack comes back with a spinning neckbreaker and goes to the second rope but Tammy grabs his leg before he can come off and Candido hits a top rope rana which Ross goes apeshit for. Candido misses a diving headbutt as a follow up and Cactus starts to make his full fledged comeback. He gives him a couple of guillotine shots on the ropes and then suplexes Candido on the floor. Tammy comes back out with Boo who gets on the apron but he collides heads with Candido who is hitting the ropes and Jack hits the double arm for the finish. Post-match Tammy sprays Jack's eyes and Tammy threatens to kill Boots the cat to get Boo to dive off onto Jack but Lee makes the save. Really a pretty awesome match and segment. I'd say the best overall match Cactus and Candido had by a fair margin.

I thought this was a great give and take match with 2 of the best bumpers around. Their was a lot of cool shit on display here. A solid nomination for sure.

Cactus Jack vs. "Suicide Blonde" Chris Candido (11/7/94)

 

Cactus dominates early as Candido tries to stick and move but he gets eaten up by Cactus. Candido took a crazy bump off the Cactus Clothesline but kept coming although Cactus was still on the advantage. Candido chunks Cactus to the floor then hits a sliding dropkick followed up by a big plancha to the floor to start his control section. Candido grabbed a fucking crutch from a fan and whacked it over Cactus' back but it woke him up as Cactus came back firing away with shots until missing a running shoulderblock into the corner. Candido works a wakigatame to start the shoulder work but again Cactus tries to fight back until Tammy grabs his foot as he climbs the ropes allowing Candido to hit a big huracarana off the top. Candido would miss a big diving splash though off the top which started the Cactus comeback as Tammy left ringside leaving Candido to get his ass kicked. Tammy comes back with Boo who gets hit by Candido as he was running the ropes causing Candido to lose so Tammy comes in and sprays Cactus in the eyes as revenge. Tammy demanded Boo go up top threatening to choke out Boots the cat but Primetime would come out to save the day. This was a very fun TV match and I'm surprised that Dylan didn't nominate this on first watch. Nomination.
