Jannetty hits a bunch of fancy reversals off of shit and runs around like a maniac confounding Milliman. Jannetty stretching Milliman and stomping on his face at the same time. Nice reverse crossbody finish. Adnan/Nord promo. Adnan was REALLY unintelligible here. Leon White v. Chris Curtis White hit an AWESOME sunset flip here. I mean it's stupid that fucking Vader is doing sunset flip near falls against this jobber but still. Vader's offense looked really nasty here. Fun match. Larry Zbyszko promo. Another good Larry Z promo Scott Hall v. Doug Somers Hall really was a good athlete at this point and it shows here. Somers took some quality bumps early but they quickly shifted with Hall missing an elbow drop and Somers opening up on him. Hall wins in a kinda routine fashion with his bulldog. Weird match structure wise. Hall/Hennig promo Nord The Barbarian/Boris Zhukov/Mongolian Stomper v. Curt Hennig/Sgt. Slaughter/Jerry Blackwell What a fucking insane mesh of talent this is. Blackwell is fucking awesome here decking people and then avalanching the Stomper to shit not once but twice while the crowd went bananas. Interesting that Slaughter is the choice to go FIP especially after Hennig teased it after a great bump off of a big boot from Nord. Slaughter blades but it is very mild. Hey look they do the AWA bit with the double FIPS as after a brief run of offense Hennig goes on the defense. Man there wasn't much to that one either, but Blackwell is awesome again off the tag with some great jabs to Zhukov and this super speedy headbutt. Blackwell brings Adnan into the ring and this one gets thrown out as all hell breaks loose with the crowd chanting USA. This just wasn't structured well enough to merit serious discussion for the set, but this is one of the better late stage Jerry Blackwell performances I've seen. Promo with the faces.
