Badd Company v. Rock N Roll RPM's

We have this already though I think this might have the full entrance which I don't remember from the other one and which does add to the match.

Sgt. Slaughter/Rock N Roll Express v. Soldat Ustinov/Tejo Khan/Col. Debeers

Morton hits a fucking awesome dropkick on Khan at one point early. Debeers wants nothing to do with Slaughter. Cool drop down double team with Ricky and Sarge, but Ricky goes for a slam on him and ends up getting slammed himself. I got really excited when Debeers tagged in here thinking we would get to see Debeers brutalize Ricky but instead Morton scrambles and gets a tag to Sarge and the Col. quickly tags back out. Watching the RnR's work pretty slick tag spots against heels this weak (well excluding Debeers) and with Sarge is a cool novelty. Sarge is so desperate to get Debeers in he walks Tejo over and offers his hand to Col. and the Col. jumps to the floor. Sarge ends up going FIP after a big corner bump and Debeers comes in and goes to work but Sarge fights back to his feet and Debeers tagged right back out. I dug the spot with the RnR's going off on Ustinov and Tejo and then waiting for Col to tag in only to run and tag in Sarge but this led to Debeers just running out. Finish is the RnR's dropkicking Tejo into a lariat from Sarge for the pin. This match has novelty quality to be sure but ultimately the story of the match killed the match as you wanted to see Debeers in their with these guys and it never really happened.

Tommy Rich v. Jimmy Valiant

We have this already.

Samoan Swat Team v. Michael Hayes/Steve Cox

Hayes is hot early and we can some strutting and a moonwalk. We also get the SST taking nutty bumps to the floor and a big one in the corner. Hayes gets caught though and ends up taking a big bump off of a double clothesline. I typically hate the neck crank hold but Hayes has a pretty awesome facial mannerism during it that makes it look super painful. Hayes gets trapped in the heel corner but rolls through and tags in Cox. Fatu ends up blindsiding Cox with a title belt on a roll up attempt and they take over on him. The Cox spot in the neck crank was not as compelling but when he comes up he gets hit with a massive powerslam that popped the crowd pretty huge. Cox FIP was not bad but I really just kept wishing for Hayes. I liked the theory of the comeback spot as Cox blocked the top rope belly to back suplex but the camera angle was not the best. Hayes comes in and hits a nice diving clothesline. He goes for a double noggin knocker which they no sell. They look like they are about to make a comeback but Hayes drops them with double DDTS. Cox ends up in mount on the floor beating the piss out of one and the fucking camera guy misses what was supposed to be a controversial finish with Hayes dropping the fall with his foot int he ropes. Not a bad match, but between the shit camera work and the fact that they have two better matches than this that are marginal nominations I don't see any reason to move this forward.

Wendi Richter v. Madusa

Madusa was such an asshole heel that I almost want to like these matches even when they aren't very good. Some pretty athletic stuff here but other stuff that just sucked. Richter looks to win after another nasty powerbomb and again Badd Company break up the pin with the Top Guns chasing them off.
