I mean he was never good but he is really not good here. Sheik/Soldad promo DJ Peterson v. Kevin Kelly The Peterson/Kelly saga continues! Did anyone actually give a @#!*% about this? Peterson always looks decent, but Kelly is terrible and this actually feels like a waste of Madusa Curt Hennig promo. Hennig says the ratings are going to jump and makes fun of Larry Nelson's salary. Curt Hennig v. Wahoo McDaniel (Strap Match) This is just kind of there until Wahoo starts to bleed and Curt walks over to the camera while choking Wahoo and says "that's what I think of Indians." Cool cut off with Wahoo double booting from his back out of a four corners attempt from Hennig. Wahoo does a few cool things and Curt shows some nice intensity at points but overall this was REALLY disappointing. I'm not even sure this was something I would call "good" especially when you consider who was involved. @#!*% the crazy finish was the most exciting part of the match.
June 23, 201114 yr Author comment_5474856 I need to watch that strap match. I knew you would say that Match was nominated by Phil so it is on the dock anyway. Consider my comments a strong "No" vote. Honestly if you watch this match especially in context with the other quality Wahoo and Hennig matches from the period I think this is EASILY the worst of their respective "big" matches and yes I'm including the Wahoo v. Manny strap match you liked more than me
