Posted June 24, 201114 yr comment_5474967 The face shine segment in this felt like it went on really long but Diamond and Tanaka are both really excellent bumpers and make the most of it. Tanaka takes everything with the perfect combination of dramatics and impact and Diamond took the bump of the match with missed crossbody, skipping across the mat to the floor. Gibson ends up hitting the steel on a corner charge and goes FIP with Badd Company going straight to work on his shoulder. I actually didn't think Gibson looked bad here and even on the crawl through spot for the hot tag which was semi-sloppy Tanaka's reaction to it was so great I didn't mind. The finish was annoying but I still think this is enough to nominate.

Badd Co. get their asses kicked for a quite a while here to start as the faces really get a lot of time to shine on them but Badd Co. bumps like crazy so that makes this good stuff. Gibson would miss a huge running shoulderblock into the corner hitting all post and that gives Badd Co. the chance they needed to go on offense where they focus on Gibson's left arm nicely. Gibson does a decent job at FIP but it doesn't pick back up until Gagne comes in off the hot tag where he runs wild on Badd Co. just taking them to town. Greg would get Tanaka in an O'Connor Roll but Diamond would grab him and threw him over the top rope for the DQ. Cheap finish but this was a fun little match and I'll push it on as a low-end pick.
