Posted July 27, 201114 yr comment_5477927 Opening with Diamond and Mando had a top this feel. Mando's backbreaker was sick, but I like Diamond coming back and muscling him. Diamond also took a cool dropkick over the top to the floor which featured a really great "holy shit face" from Tanaka on the apron. Tanaka coming in and doing karate poses only for Hector to retaliate by doing his roll around the ring bit as Tanaka cowered was fucking hysterical. Weird moment with Tanaka easing out of the way of a diving headbutt from Hector. Not really a botch, but it was a close call. Mando controls Tanaka with a headlock and they work some good shit out of it, while the camera gives cut shots of DDP tinkering with what appears to be a foreign object at ringside. Spot with the Guerreros working there splash circus was less effective here than I have ever seen it before. Mando hits a really awesome vaulting press off of Hector for a near fall. In the chaos that follows Tanaka accidentally decks Diamond with the object Page had the Guerreros win, the ref finds the foreign object on the Guerreros overturning the decision. I liked this better than the first match I saw between these two teams but it still felt disappointing. Still it feels like something others might like more than me so I'll pass it on.

This is also JIP but it feels like a match that began during the commercial break and not 15 minutes into a stadium match. Weird vibe as I enjoyed when Hector was in the ring but could do without Mando’s headlocks that didn’t really go anywhere. Nice fun ending but I don’t see how this makes the Guerreros or Badd Company look better than before watching it. I agree with the low nomination and if we need to find a way to get either team on the set, this would be fine but not the best work from either team.
