June 13, 200520 yr comment_2502884 I'll check with teke but it may be easier to just transfer some of those shoots onto DVD then actually buying the DVD.
June 13, 200520 yr Author comment_2503092 I was planning on having you transfer the Fantastics, Dusty Secrets, and Cornette/Heenan Vol-2 on to DVD for everyone.
June 13, 200520 yr comment_2503138 Cool. I was bidding on the Fans and Dusty ones at ebay forever. Everytime, I kept getting shut out at the end.
June 13, 200520 yr Author comment_2503264 They will be sent with the next batch. No rush to copy them either, plus they will be relativly easy to just let play. Both are good shoots, the Dusty Secrets of the Ring is very fascinating but still behind Cornette Secrets, since Cornette basically tells you how to run a promotion even though no one will ever listen.
June 13, 200520 yr comment_2503412 I loved the Cornette secrets. I have also been digging all of his interviews lately. Also, teke is a huge Cornette mark and I know he will have the 2-3 shoot interviews prior to this one coverted eventually.
June 13, 200520 yr Author comment_2503629 Excellent. I have seen most of the Cornette shoots but usually in bad VQ and have never saved them (outside of the ROH Secrets and Heenan/Cornette Volumes). So having them in good quality on DVD will rock.
June 14, 200520 yr comment_2512416 Since these shoots don't have anything in the way of DVD-specific special features and are, probably, about 2 hours in length or less, it shouldn't be a problem to convert them from VHS to DVD. That's provided that they didn't protect the shit out of the VHS tapes... They haven't in the past, except in cases where the title was something that was going to be heavily bootlegged (Jeff Hardy and Raven shoots, for example) and that was on the RF Video stuff and not the ROH Wrestling stuff.
June 15, 200520 yr Author comment_2532783 They still use the copyguard sticker but I don't believe it works as I can pass it on my shitty RCA Dual Deck VCR without a problem but couldn't on a few RF releases before "lol, ill pretend you said 18" Tim
June 15, 200520 yr comment_2532819 Completely off topic but Bob Barnett's free Swiss Army Knife made me LOL when I received the Mid-South stuff.
June 21, 200520 yr Author comment_2602623 First he had the pens made up with the "lol, ill pretend you said 18" but when he moved in with his G/F, his email changed so he got the pen knives. Would love to see someone show one of those to RF.
