So not only he didnt learn from his own crash but his buddy Shane Helms crash in the Spring too. What a moron. That's before you even consider how scumbaggy drink driving is anyway.

Get a taxi you fuck. I hope he gets his license taken away at the very least.

"When the side windows glass smashed into my face, arms, & neck, some of the blood that did felt almost angelic. I went from being afraid to die to feeling like I was almost being reborn with some sort of an ABSOLUTE PURE LIFE-FORCE. It was the most amazing thing I've every experience, I felt like I'd just received the blood of an angel flowing inside me-I know this sounds crazy! Due to these, I only have urges to help people. And miraculously, all my vices are gone.

Amen Friends,

MATTHEW"

The only thing I have to say after reading that piece of work, is that he's a fruit loop!

First off I'll admit I'm a Hardy apologist having known them pre-WWF. I think people really need to just leave them alone. Sure they have a penchant for making bad decisions and due to wrestling have become kind of attention whores over the years but no one that doesn't directly interract with them can speak definitively what their problems are & how serious they are. I think if people just left them alone & didn't make a big deal about every little thing they do they might realize what's important and grow up and get their lives together. Both guys, Matt especially backstage, have a lot to offer the wrestling business & I hate to see them piss it all away after that's all they've worked for since their teenage years. They just need some time & space out of public eye for a while.

Jeff went to the ring pilled up on multiple occasions, and may have accidentally concussed Ken Anderson due to this. He had a big box of drugs shipped to his house, where cocaine residue was also found. He threw away his first WWE run to meth and later, when he was seemingly clean, dismissed it as a phase. In that video where he's clearly high while accusing Punk of taking Ambien, he outright brags about his own drug intake.

Matt drove while pilled up, lost control of the of his car, and hit both a drainage pipe and tree. He could have easily killed people. He also had a separate citation for reckless driving recently. He single-handledly got WWE to ban Somas because his spiral out of the company was so bad. He was glassy-eyed during his TNA debut. Plus, while plenty of bad stuff has gone public, plenty has not. He absolutely has a terrible drug problem.

Neither has given any indication that they will get treatment on their own, and it's sad. They're massive trainwreck addicts, and they're not going to get treatment on their own. They don't even try to humor anyone who says they have drug problems. Even if they get court ordered rehab, I doubt it'll stick unless they get lengthy stays, which is doubtful. Most likely they'd detox, be grumpy for a few weeks, and then start using again when they get out.

Having said that, it looks like Matt will OD or wreck his car and die before that can happen. Jeff...who knows. At this point, it seems like Jeff is the weird one who happens to be an unrepentant drug addict in denial while Matt is the crazy one who is also an unrepentant drug addict in denial and probably needs more nuanced treatment like Sean Waltman got.

What Bix said. I can't grasp that anyone thinks this is a road to recovery from addiction:

"I think if people just left them alone & didn't make a big deal about every little thing they do they might realize what's important and grow up and get their lives together. [...] They just need some time & space out of public eye for a while."

TMZ is reporting that Matt Hardy has been rushed to the emergency room in North Carolina after falling down at his home. The extent of his injuries or what caused the fall are unknown at this time, but the story notes that a family member expects Matt to be released tomorrow.

Ok
