Raw has a new opening. Most of the top stars are on a roof having an all-out battle royal. It looks like they spent a lot of money on this intro, which is unfortunate, since they only got a few months out of it before their roster started thinning out.

I remember Pettingill hyping "RAW on the Roof" on Mania and Action Zone, and being really excited about seeing an actual episode of Raw up there. For all the money they sank into this, they may as well have done just that.

Nash said they spent hours and hours trying to get this right, I think something to do with difficulty getting shots from the helicopter. The song is terrible, everything looks too blurry and yet they spent a small fortune trying to make it. I know they were hyping Goldust around this time, but to see his face at the end with the logo flashing across seemed a little odd to me.
