Pillman and Arn do a good promo. Arn laughs at the idea that Flair thinks Savage or Sting might be his partner, and that his past is just coming home to roost. Cool to see Flair's Horsemen numbers used against him.

Yeah, Pillman joigning Arn really came from nowhere, but Pillman badly needed the heel turn, his new babyface character with awful hard FM music and ugly trunks wasn't going anywhere. I always thought Pillman's promos as the Loose Cannon often sounded a bit forced though. Arn was excellent here, as usual.

Good promos from both guys, as Pillman slowly starts morphing into the Loose Cannon, though he's not there yet. This is the type of angle they needed to run in 1990 rather than another tired Horsemen retread, but it's good to see here even if it's a few years late.

Hell Yeah great promo! Right to beat arms, the right to assemble (with Four Finger Salute) and right to hospitalize is something I have always remembered with the WOOOO great shit! Arn explaining that Flair has no friends because he alienated everyone by his actions and now he alienated the one person he couldn’t afford to: The Enforcer. You almost have to wonder what if they tried to recreate the Horsemen without Flair how that would have went with these two as the nucleus.
