Arn does the hard sell for Havoc. He wants both Sting and Flair to be at their best, just like they were on Nitro. He mentions that he'll be rebuilding the Horsemen soon. Hmmm.

Usual solid, serious, efficient Arn promo. The 4rsemen will be back. I wonder if back then anyone didn't see it coming.

I can't imagine any other end result, though I think a new Horsemen without Flair would have been more interesting in 1990 and would have been more interesting here.
