El Hijo Del Santo/Atlantis vs. Fuerza Guerrera/Lobo Rubio 11/25/83

Really great match which I could see finishing very high as it is a excellent example of fast athletic highspot wrestling. Santo's armdrags were amazing and Atlantis was totally at his level of breathtaking. Fuerza and Rubio were at their best as well and it really was about as perfect as this kind of match can be done. Slam Dunk

Rayo De Jalisco Jr./Hombre Bala vs. Masakre/El Egipcio 12/2/83

This is a set up for the Egipico and Rayo mask match and has lots of mask ripping and bleeding. I enjoyed it, but we have a bunch of bloody matches on the set already and this is more of an angle then a total match. Nice heat though and it does set the table nicely. I am on the fence, but am going No for now.

Atlantis vs. Espectro Jr.

Pretty disappointing just a punch kick match with some mask ripping, not violent or heated enough to make it a set pick

Rayo De Jalisco Jr. vs. El Egipcio - Mask Match 12/9/83

Execution isn't very good, but this was a big mask match with a big star and it had the blood and heat you would expect. Egipico isn't very good and at all, and Rayo has some nice spots but is pretty green. I think this is a nomination although it may be the floor of what we go for

Shiro Koshinaka vs. El Satanico - Hair Match 7/30/84

One of the most well know lucha matches from the 80's, a hair match between Koshinaka and Satanico. First fall is pretty one sided Koshinaka as he jumps Satanico at the bell and overwhelms him, second fall is all Satanico as he posts Shiro and makes him bleed. Third fall is more back and forth with both guys bleeding and a bunch of near falls. Finish is a little BS with Satanico faking a foul to take Shiro's hair. I don't think this is going to finish high on my ballot, although it is something that should make a set.
