I've waited a long time to watch this in full and while you could say it was disappointing in a way, it was still really good, worth the wait and a lock for the set. The dynamic with Shawn as traveling champ v. Buddy as "our asshole" for the fans of Knoxville was great. Budro was still bringing the cheating throughout but this was his transformation match and was worked well. Buddy's early cheating actually seems forgivable with Shawn's upstaging and hot dogging. The match felt kind of rushed but they did a lot of great stuff, including some really good punch exchanges, a cool double posting spot on the floor, a couple of really good teased superkicks, et. The finish where Buddy would have won if Corny had just stayed the fuck out of his business was done really fucking well. Really enjoyable to watch and a capstone to a brilliant wrestling card.

This was a pretty good match. Both guys were good here. I loved the posting on the floor spots. The finish was fun. I dug the arm work. A good match. Not the 4* classic we were hoping for.
