I know, but the quotes are legit. I've heard a couple of those sayings directly from Ricky himself, and several others from interviews and anecdotes.

.....you know you've got too much wrestling when it takes 15 mins to find a list of shows you've got to confirm you even have what you're looking for, then a further 20 mins to find the actual show.

Two or three weeks ago I bookmarked a few cool youtube channels: one with a metric load of AWA, one with 70s MSG WWWF title matches and one called Monsoon Classic with a lot of 91-93 WCW and WWF from the syndicated TV shows. Well it may just be my lack of luck but it looks like WWE is going heavily after youtube channels because all of those are now gone. I'm sure this is news to none of you.

I think they started cracking down around election time so Linda's opponents couldn't find any embarrassing clips. They seem to be going after older stuff now, perhaps to create demand for the WWE Network?

I watched one of MonsoonClassic's videos yesterday, so that one got shut down just in the past 24 hours.

I was watching some of the film from Mid-Atlantic Wrestling from 73-74 otherwise known as the "Cornette garbage tapes" today. It's so weird watching wrestling where people are lighting up and smoking in the crowd.
