I saw Cesaro vs Big E Thursday at NXT and it was pretty amazing till the shitty finish. Cesaro deadl ifting Big E was a awesome visual. Cesaro might be the best guy in WWE today.

Now we need a HHH vs Bret thread where people can imagine up all these great Bret matches that make him better than Flair again, and measure them against matches HHH imagines are great, then we can break it down into which imaginarium is better.

Cesaro's awesomeness makes me even more amazed how long it took WWE to finally get him on board, even with the visa issues.

Todd Martin gave the book a really bad review. Very little insight and a lot of obvious padding (bland, insight free Wrestler bios and lists for the sake of lists.)

If you don't respect Martin's opinions on other wrestling topics, why would I trust his book reviews? Having said that, I guess he isn't Babinsack.

Anyone know what wrestling documentaries are currently on netflix? I found card subject to change and backyard I think but didn't know if there were others. The WWE ones are a little easier to find

His book reviews are generally pretty decent. He nailed the flaws of the Jerry Jarrett book (land deals!) with some entertaining venom.

So apparently WWE is going to put out a Mid-South DVD set in September, best of War Games in June, and Best of MSG in August.

Bill Watts' book is pretty solid on booking philosophy, and the Kayfabe Commentaries re-book series (or whatever they're called) are hit-and-miss.

Gary Hart's book hits on it a bit, and so does JJ Dillons.

Shoot-wise, I'd lean towards the Kevin Sullivan ones. There's some interesting stuff there.

 

In general the Rene Goulet one is interesting because it's about being a road agent, but it's not as interesting as one might hope.

He definitely doesn't make my 100 but 1000 would be stretching it. I could name wrestlers for namings sake but I couldn't say 1000 guys are better

I actually like HHH, but I could named probably 300 at this point I think are better. Fast forward until twothousandandnever when I've seen as much wrestling as Dylan Waco......I think I could see 1,000 guys/gals being better. Would make for an interesting topic (AKA gigantic list with no other words).
