UK Rampage 92 - Sheffield, England - Arena - April 19, 1992

WWF World Champion Randy Savage pinned Shawn Michaels (w/ Sensational Sherri) at 16:58 with a reverse crossbody off the top; Elizabeth escorted Savage to the ring before the match but he sent her backstage mid-way through the contest after Sherri tried to attack her on the floor; Elizabeth returned late in the match to counter Sherri's interference; after the contest, Savage fought off a double team from Michaels and Sherri and cleared them of the ring (Elizabeth's last appearance) (aired on 06/15/92 Prime Time Wrestling)

5/17/92 Challenge: included Gene Okerlund conducting a podium interview with WWF World Champion Randy Savage regarding Ric Flair & Mr. Perfect, during which Okerlund announced Flair & Perfect intended to reveal more damaging evidence about Miss Elizabeth the following week

5/23/92 Superstars: featured footage of Ric Flair & Mr. Perfect having a picnic where they played a tape of Miss Elizabeth supposedly leaving a message on Flair's answering machine with her saying she loved him and was waiting for him at home;

That was it. And she did leave quickly after Mania. As Loss says, there were personal issues going on at the time as well.

Wouldn't t he Gobbledygooker count for this? They spent weeks if not months hyping that egg, only for it to turn out to be a dancing luchadore in a turkey suit (yet nowhere near as fun as that sounds on paper). He wasted about fifteen minutes of PPV time and then promptly vanished, never to be seen again (well, except for the Gimmick Battle Royal).

WHAT SIDE IS MR. PERFECT ON! during Summerslam 1992.

Got to disagree on this, that's one of my favourite ever angles and matches. And pretty much the only match I rate like 90% due to outside shennanigans.

I'll agree it was weakened a bit by the fact that FLAIR came out with him too, but during the match it's not obvious which side he's on until it's obvious he's only out for Flair's interests.

What's amazing about that match is JUST HOW BRUTAL the beatdown on Savage is. I legit thought they'd broke his leg as a kid. I'd argue it's the most violent match in WWF since ooooh, Shiek vs. Slaughter?

While not quite what the thread title suggests, I seem to recall some WWF vignettes promoting Billy Jack with him on a horse that ended with "Billy Jack is coming!" around 1983/84 and he never showed up until a few years later.

There's a reason for this but really, you, of all people, should just listen to the shoot.

Now that you mention it, I did listen to that shoot but I don't remember the reason he didn't show up at that time. I know he left in 87 because of his sick Dad.

Road Warrior Heidenreich?

Heidenreich in general?

What happened to that guy? Did he ever win a match? He had like a load of run ins and then lost to Taker again and again right? After months and months of hype videos.

Feuded with Undertaker, feuded with Booker T, somehow turned babyface by writing poems about farts, challenged Orlando Jordan for the US Title at Judgment Day 2005, became a member of the LOD and won the WWE Tag titles, then vanished after January 2006.
