Hogan is being talked about openly on WCW TV now. Flair takes Gene's bait in mentioning him, but says in all fairness, Hogan is making movies and Flair is the world champion, so he wants to focus on the big Austin/Steamboat match today, as the winner will face him at Spring Stampede.

Flair is still acting like Flair, but he's not as awesome as he was now that the Vader feud is over. Maybe things will pick up again when his next program heats up.

First thing that came to mind when this promo was over. Not anywhere near the level as the previous Flair promos on this set. Flair mentions Hogan briefly but he isn't focused on him now.

Okerlund hypes a tournament in Germany and a WCW card in...Saint Martin. What an odd place to run a show, or to pretend to run a show. Flair is starting to act more heelish, in a subtle way. Flair definitely peaked with the Vader feud, but aside from the obvious money match with Hulk, there just aren't any compelling figures for him to feud with.
