The 80s project is in limbo. There isn't alot of activity in the threads but I have sent out hundreds of discs that still have not been viewed.

 

Dylan, Kris, Childs & SLL... let me know when you guys would be available for a SKYPE conversation where we can hash things out. Preferably, a conversation sometime this week at night. Phil & I talked and we want to know if we should scout for more guys to join the project or if everyone just hit a rough patch. I know I have some apathy lingering but I feed off you guys and the energy you bring to the project.

 

Let me know when you would most likely be available, or more importantly, when you would not be available.

I'm down for just about any night. I'm back on the AWA tomorrow don't worry about me boss.

Tomorrow should be fine for me, with the minor caveat that it can't be a usual Dylan marathon conversation unless it is later in the night. I should be good for 30-60 mins pretty much any time after six EST. Wouldn't be available for a LONG chat til 11 EST. Thurs is a could do anytime between 6-9. Friday in the late evening would work. Sat and Sunday are absolutely not possible for me.

 

I am going to jump back into AWA this week. I have a lot of discs left, but that's deceptive as the VAST majority of them have only one match I need to see on them. Part of the problem there was that there was a missing and never found in the mail package from khawk that he had to resend after we waited well over a month for it to arrive. By the time it got here school was getting hectic and my spare time had evaporated. If my wife wasn't locked down with an injury in my bedroom I'd have already jumped in on what's left and I think it is feasible that I can finish what is left no later than the middle of May.

I've hit a very obvious string of rough patches that have hindered my lucha watching BUT as of today, I'll have cleared up pretty much every obligation I have to everyone else in my life (well, I'll be out of town attending a cousin's wedding in few weeks, but other than that...) and can dedicate the lion's share of my free time to this again.

 

Anyway, I'm thinking late evening Friday would work best for me.

I am through with the AWA I have so now I'm on WWC until I get more.

Looking at what's still on the board it appears that Kris is waiting on just the discs I have here...and some of those SuperMix's, HOF John Studd and the Rheingans sampler. Not sure what happened there as I definitely don't have those discs and thought I sent them off with the same batch of stuff you just got done watching. I'll double check in the AM but I always keep all this stuff in one place, so it's virtually impossible I've still got them on hand. Was that part of the batch I relayed to you, that you then had to send off to Will? Is it possible Will has them? I just don't want to be held up on account of a very small number of missing discs, but there are several matches from those discs that are locks for the set and shouldn't be left off.

Probably to soon to be sure, but I think it is feasible that it will be within the next two weeks.

 

I'm out of town on Memorial Day and won't be available that weekend at all, but I doubt Kris/Will will be finished quite that soon. Maybe the 1st of June is a reasonable goal?
