Posted May 7, 201213 yr comment_5501990 Rose/Somers promo. They didn't do a lot of backstage promos so this was neat. Michaels and Hennig backstage promo The Blaster wins a squash. Col. Debeers un-pc highlight reel talking about why he won't wrestle various men of color, plus clips of the Snuka attack angle and then a cackling backstage promo. EXTRA Nasty Col. Debeers squash Buddy Rose/Doug Somers v. Sonny Rogers/Bobby Bald Eagle The faces start a doughboy chant and Buddy is pissed. He loses the opening exchange and of course goes into pose down mode. Buddy loses another exchange, has enough and tags in Somers. Of course Bald Eagle immediately hits an arm drag for another pop. Buddy and Doug take over and destroy Bald Eagle. Bald Eagle eventually hulks up on Buddy who bumps like crazy for him and Rogers. Buddy tags out and Doug just flips his shit and destroys Eagle. This was ALMOST nominatable and proof that Rose/Somers were an all time great team. Leon White v. Tom Stone This is Vader crushing a pasty white guy so it is fun. I mean he really beats the fuck out of Stone here. Nothing great, but worth watching if you like to see guys mugged.
