Posted July 1, 201213 yr comment_5508749 I like that these tags always start with Tenryu and rival, because it's the opposite of how most tag matches work where the most anticipated pairing is not the first pairing. That said, Tenryu and Hashimoto never really get to tear into each other, and this match has a nice slow build. Things really get cooking when Fujinami and Tenryu have their second go-round, and watching Tenryu sell Fujinami's open-handed slaps is awesome. Tenryu kneeing Hash in the back of the head from the apron is awesome too. Another great match in the series, with Fujinami getting a submission out of Ishikawa. Not sure I understand that result unless Fujinami will begin playing a larger part in the feud.
