Hogan comes in with the face paint. We get some really stiff belt shots by both guys to start. Hogan bleeds. Kamala bumps. Finish was fun with Hogan hitting the legdrop and Kim Chee and King Curtis running in. Kim Chee takes some insane cage bumps and Hogan cleans house. Not as good as the no-DQ match, but an easy nomination

It had some of the same spots and the added bonus of blood but there will be plenty of cage matches where Hogan bleeds and plenty of cage matches where guys take some decent bumps. I liked the match but in no way do I think this is a lock for the set the way I think the No DQ match is. MILD NOMINATION

Once Hulk is in the ring he doesn't have time for the pre-match bullshit because Kamala is ripping his shirt off and taking his belt off for him. Kamala also chooses to whip the hell out of Hulk with the championship belt. Both guys bleed here and Kamala takes some fun bumps. Kim Chee and The Wizard try to prevent Hulk from escaping but that get tossed around too. I thought this was tons of fun and nomination worthy. LOW END NOMINATION
June 14Jun 14 comment_6031313 Hulk Hogan vs. Kamala (Cage Match) (Toronto, Maple Leaf Gardens 1/11/87) I like this more than the first time I watched it. Toronto is electric for everything. Hogan coming out in the face paint is awesome. The duel belt whipping to start is tremendous. Hogan’s seeing his own blood causing him to Hulk Up is amazing. I also liked Kim Chee & The Wizard trying to save Kamala. Kim Chee getting lawn darted is great & the crowd is nuts. Fun post-match too. STRONG NOMINATION
June 17Jun 17 comment_6031354 I have not read any comments since Devon told me to revisit this match. First off, there are too many great things that it deserves a nomination: the belt whipping, the blood, the crowd. All awesome. My biggest complaint is structural. Bigan gets 2 Kamala splashes. The first one before the blood but he has to no sell it quickly because Kamala can just walk out. The second one at the end is fine because you expect Hogan to hulk up and it made sense. The match was violent and entertaining throughout so I elevate this to SOLID Nomination.
