Pillman gives a hilarious promo about how his son died in Nam and Kirchner alleges that Singh was an anti-American activist. WTF. EXTRA Steve Disalvo v. Biff Wellington I liked Wellington sprinting around here and he took a sick bump on a clothesline. DiSalvo wins with a delayed tombstone. Disalvo promo Brian Pillman/Bruce Hart v. Vietcong Express 2/Goldie Rogers This was okay. Badd Company always got in a lot of fun offense, but even the edited down versions of their matches lack something. Badd Company promo Makhan Singh/Jerry Morrow v. Johnny Smith/Great Hito JIP. This might be the match closest to a nomination yet though it's still lacking. Singh and Morrow are a good team and can build heat well. The faces were really just there but the heels were rolling. Again this is just to cut down. Singh/Morrow promo Hiro Hase v. Great Gama JIP at 10 minutes. This is already old. Bring on Kane. Karachi Vice promo. Badd Company promo Jason The Terrible/Zodiac v. Owen Hart/Chris Benoit JIP. Benoit takes a high knee to the back and gets knocked to the floor and Jason actually hits a dive to the floor. Zodiac then ambushes Owen. Jason works over Owen with his mask and hits a piledriver. Jason goes up top but Benoit crotches him. Owen hits a dive to the floor on Zodiac. Match gets tossed. Too bad. Owen promo Zodiac/Jason promo Johnny Smith v. Vietcong Express 2 This kind of feels like a precursor to modern indy wrestling as it is a match full of moves and spots with unconvincing transitions in between. I can imagine Resident Evil loving this. Series of promos with Karachi Vice, Badd Company, Benoit, and others. Zodiac v. Chris Benoit JIP at ten minutes. Pretty good but less than half a match. Rosenbloom promo. Boy he is hammy Corporal Kirchner wins another squash and cuts another promo/face off with Makhan Singh for being a deserter. Bruce Hart/Brian Pillman/Hiro Hase v. Jerry Morrow/Great Gama/Makhan Singh JIP. Pillman hits a pretty crazy dive. Hase gets helped away from the ring - who knows why since the fucking match is JIP to shit. Pillman hit a nice splash but gets cut off. He was able to kick out of Singh's avalanche which was surprising. I really enjoyed the heat section on Pillman, but Bruce being the conquering hero on the hot tag just reminds me of what an egomanical fuck he is. Bruce gets bumped over the top on a rope running spot and eats a neckbreaker on the floor while Pillman gets cheapshotted by Singh with a foreign object mid ring behind the refs back. Hase runs out from the back and stops Gama from coming off the top and Bruce rolls him up. IN full this would probably be a solid nomination. As it stands I think it's an EXTRA Badd Company/Hase promo Gama/Singh promo Owen Hart v. Jason The Terrible JIP at ten minutes. Basically just a finish.
