Man he does some fun stuff in this but this is still only half a match. Fuck. Lafon promo Makhan Singh promo. Honestly Singh never gives a bad promo. Here he shows off his injured neck. Corporal Kirchner v. Biff Wellington This match was actually not half bad. Wellington was heel I guess and they worked some fun back and fourth spots. Wellington took a great slingshot bump and a great bump on a monkey flip and then transitioned in an awesome way into Kirchner's finish. This is near complete but needed a few more minutes to merit serious consideration. Goldie Rogers/Zodiac/Jason promo. Rogers look is hilarious. Makhan Singh promo Badd Company promo. Brian Pillman/Bruce Hart v. Goldie Rogers/Bill Joodin JIP. Singh is on commentary for this. Man Pillman threw a murderous forearm at one point which looked to piss off Joodin who immediately came back just as stiff. Pillman gets insane height on dropkicks and splashes. Bruce clothesline really is a good finish. Badd Company promo. Pillman is so hyped all the time it's insane. Makhan Singh/Jerry Morrow v. Hiro Hase/Mr. Hito JIP. The faces are fully in peril mode about ten minutes in. Singh and Morrow are a good tag team and this worked well, but again, very little shown. Singh/Morrow promo Another Bret Hart promo hyping an upcoming match Chris Benoit v. Jason The Terrible JIP at ten minutes with Benoit taking some huge bumps and gettings smashed out on the arena floor. Benoit takes a sick face plant bump on a table and is a bloody mess. Man this is actually really vicious. If we had this in full and a murderer wasn't involved Will would probably love it. Benoit hits an excellent looking sunset flip hope spot at one point, but then Jason hits a tombstone which Benoit actually kicks out of. Jason hits three huge diving headbutts but keeps pulling up on the cover, then wins with a fourth. This is a lock in full. What we have might merit an EXTRA. Bad News Allen promo Zodiac v. Owen Hart JIP at five minutes with Owen in peril. Zodiac hits a nice slingshot suplex. Zodiac is working over Owen's throat with some sick elbows. Zodiac sells the Owen book boot great and Owen's diving knee and rapid fire punches look awesome. Owen's gutwrench suplex also looked great. Owen is distracted when he goes up top by Jason who is on the floor and Zodiac takes over and almost hits a tombstone, but Owen reverses it. Owen then hits an elbow for the finish. Another awesome five minutes that could have been an awesome full match - but we'll never know. Owen promo Another crazed Zodiac promo on the star screen. All of these are fun as fuck. Goldie Rogers v. Phil Lafon JIP. Rogers is in control and Lafon is good working underneath. At one point he just runs through a back body drop attempt and then hits a sick gutbuster for the finish. Makhan Singh talking about Stu's forty five kids and Morrow literally has a bottle of champagne. Awesome. Badd Company promo Johnny Smith v. Steve DiSalvo JIP. Man everyone DiSalvo does looks whacky as fuck. Smith does pinball off him pretty well. DiSalvo finishes him off with the tombstone Bad News Allen promo. His suits are great stuff. Kirchner shows up and they face off. Phil Lafon has a body building trophy in the ring and DiSalvo shows up to intervene. DiSalvo calls him malnourished. Ed Whalen is HORRIBLE during this segment as he actually calls DiSalvo fat. Of course DiSalvo attacks Lafon. Zodiac/Vietcong Express v. Great Hito/Corporal Kirchner JIP. I really wasn't feeling this at all. What was shown was perfectly fine but neither team is really compelling at all. Kirchner promo Owen promo Jason The Terrible v. Hiro Hase JIP at about seven or eight minutes. Jason really does have good offense and Hase does sell well. Cool escape of a backbreaker by Hase. Hase ends up coming back with a sick looking clothesline and a spin kick. Hase locks on the Scorpion but the Zodiac throw ssomething in his eyes and he gets beat down post match. Series of local promos Bruce Hart/Brian Pillman v. Makhan Singh/Jerry Morrow Clipped to fuck. Too bad. Likely a good match if not a great one. Fuck the Harts.
