Started off pretty great. The slingshot into the corner and DK’s explosiveness. Everything these guys did was well executed but I love that we didn’t get chinlock Bret. Bret and Dk really worked snug with nice uppercuts and no daylight. Nasty bump where Bret gets tangled in the ropes. They did the hardest thing which was take a disinterested crowd and got them into the match. Really crazy stiff knee drop. The trip where Dk falls into the ropes is BRUTAL. Bret is able to run DK out of the ring but he comes back in and rolls Bret up for three. I would give this a SOLID NOMINATION.

Really physical match. There's an early edit that's a bit odd. The match really picks up when Bret misses the cross body & takes an AWESOME entangled bump into the ropes. The best one he's ever done. Dynamite's knees are stiff as fuck here. The replay playing over the build up to the finish is a shame. DK pins Bret in a cradle. Big HF-Bulldogs brawl in the post-match that has good heat.

SOLID NOMINATION

The edit looks weird but it looks like it's cutting out Bret's getting back in the ring. Bret's bump into the ropes is just nasty. It's a bit of theme in this match, where certain things just look rough, not in execution but how they hit or end up landing (which adds to the match). The replay occurring overthe finishing stretch was not ideal. Agree with the solid nomination. I wonder if there was a more complete version released.
