#24 RANDY SAVAGE vs TITO SANTANA (NO DQ) (04/22/1986; WWF MSG; New York, NY; 00:17:16)

-          Macho attacks with his glasses and headband still on. This match starts hot like the other No DQ matches. Tito has no problem kicking Macho in the head. Damn, did they send Macho into the fans in the other matches? I don’t think so. Tito’s shoulder rammed into the post and the crowd is chanting “Tito” to rally. Macho attack with his axe handles and running clothesline. He’s choking him liberally but why is this ref threatening a DQ? Get the fuck out of the way and let them beat each other up. Macho swung for the fences on a chair and missed. Tito catches Macho with the chair mid flight and that was sick. The same thing happened in Toronto and it is nasty both times. Santana has no problem punching Savage in the face. Savage tried to leave and Tito leaped and stopped him in the aisleway. Tito rammed him in the railing and threw him in for a figure 4. Macho escaped and, on the outside, Macho was rammed in the ring post and Savage is busted wide open. Savage’s face is a bloody mess and getting pummeled by Tito. Savage decks the ref and then Tito hits the burrito, no ref. When the ref recovers, Tito gets the O’Connor Roll but Savage reverses while grabbing the tights. I really need to watch all three No DQ matches back to back but my gut says they all belong. EASY NOMINATION.
