SGT. SLAUGHTER vs IRON SHEIK (05/21/1984; WWF MSG; New York, NY; 00:25:10)

-          Sheik is spitting on Sarge and slapping him. Sarge just gives right hand and knocks Sheik on his ass. Sarge loads up his boot early and kicks Sheik. Early on, this is similar to Landover with Sarge picking Sheik up instead of pinning him. Sheik gets the reversal that sends Sarge down on the floor. Yep, Sarge gets rammed on the table and a chair across his back. Sheik loads up the boot and now Sarge is bleeding. Damn, the mat has a big glob of blood in the middle of the ring. Sarge is a mess and Sheik is biting him and still spitting on him. Sarge wears the white shirt to make sure it is covered in blood. Damn, Sheik has Sarge’s blood all over his leg. Sheik leaps from the top rope and wants to slam the loaded boot in to Sarge but he misses. Sarge gets the suplex reversal. Yep, this is from the Landover playbook. Landover doesn’t have the Garden rumble though and the blood flow isn’t even comparable. Sarge looks sick. Sarge uses all his strength and nails Sheik with a NASTY CANNON. Sarge shoves the ref down and then Sheik pushes the ref. Same finish as Landover. Just like that match, people coming in the ring getting beat up. OK, to pick one, it should be this one over Landover. We definitely do not need both. EASY NOMINATION.
