Ragin Bull is out for a promo talking about his solidarity with Dusty & Magnum and taking the TV title tournament. Black Bart vs. Bob Wayne (12/21/85) Squash. The Barbarian vs. Pablo Crenshaw (12/21/85) Squash followed up by a Paul Jones promo. Tully & Baby Doll come out next talking about life after being US champion. "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. Randy Mulkey (12/21/85) Who doesn't love Garvin squash matches. This one is no different. Best of World Championship Wrestling 12/22/85 "Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez vs. Tommy Lane (11/2/85) Competitive but quick match. Magnum TA vs. Keith Eric (11/2/85) Eric comes from Memphis to job to Magnum in seconds. Pistol Pez Whatley vs. Benny Trailer (11/2/85) Another Memphis based jobber here and Pez gets a good win. Next is Scouting Report w/Bill Apter and Dusty Rhodes is the guest. This was interesting as they showed clips of Landell and Dusty is giving him a verbal blowjob and he you could tell that the superpush was in the works. Landell really fucked himself up as Dusty was so behind him. NWA World Six-Man Tag Titles: Ivan & Nikita Koloff, & Krusher Khruschev © vs. The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton), & "Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant (11/3/85) This is from the Omni. The Koloffs psychology was always Ivan started out the match here but Nikita started out first instead in a change of pace. The match really doesn't get going until Morton & Ivan face off and that's when the intensity heats up. I liked the 3-way sleeper spot as stuff like that always popped the crowd. Morton would work FIP and he is very good here with his hope spots as well as taking big punishment. Valiant would get the hot tag and he ran wild hitting the big elbow on Ivan before the 6-way brawl would start up. Valiant would have Ivan pinned but the chain would get involved ending up with Morton actually getting it and using it on Ivan as the referee turned around for the DQ. This was a good house show match but not enough for a nomination. Championship Wrestling 12/28/85 Arn starts out the show with a promo talking about the NWA TV Title tournament. Magnum TA vs. Josh Stroud (12/28/85) Stroud flexing and posing leading to a belly to belly was awesome. Ronnie Garvin is out next talking about his shot at Ric Flair later that night on WCW. Black Bart vs. George South (12/28/85) South is very pesky here but Bart would put him away. Dillon comes out next for a promo totally kissing the ass of JCP. Arn & Ole Anderson vs. Vernon Deaton & Bill Mulkey (12/28/85) Standard Andersons squash match. Tully comes out for a promo next vowing revenge on Magnum. Tully Blanchard vs. Tony Zane (12/28/85) Tony asks David as Tully comes in the ring where is Baby Doll so the mystery begins. Tully looks very strong here. Cornette is out next for his standard solid promo. The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Paul Garner & Bill Tabb (12/28/85) MX look great here. Flair is out next for a promo about his match with Garvin later that night along with talking about how great Dillon was on his promo earlier. Foreshadowing......I also loved Flair getting in shots at Johnny Carson over clothing. "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. Mike Nichols (12/28/85) Garvin is pumped up for Flair and takes it out on Nichols. Best of World Championship Wrestling 12/29/85 Arn & Ole start off with a promo ripping on America's Team. Next we get Scouting Report w/Bill Apter where he gives out the 1985 PWI Awards to LOD & Flair. Then we get the promo from America's Team that Arn & Ole were ripping on at the start of the show. Dusty & Magnum were wearing full length mink coats which looked awesome. Next we get a RnR squash that is JIP.
