A speed bag.

So far we've seen nothing but Rude throwing out challenges and Warrior being a closet champion. I don't think this is just Yearbook selection bias--I think Warrior was legitimately off television for a month-plus after the supposed passing of the WWF torch.

Nice airbrushed Ultimate Warrior speed bag. I wonder what they wound up doing for that? Seems like they probably spent a good deal of money to use that for one TV segment. Then again, by the time Warrior left the company a little over a year later, it wouldn't surprise me if Vince was using that speed bag himself to release some tension.

Rick Rude is in the gym again and doing some work on the speed bag which has the Ultimate Warrior’s face painted on it. He says how he’s beaten the Warrior before and will beat him again. All his skills will be sharpened, he’ll be as quick as a cat, as strong as an ox and when skill collides with opportunity it is going to be the end of the Ultimate Warrior.

Impressive job again by Rude cutting that promo while concentrating and punching the speed bag at the same time.
