December 11, 201212 yr Author comment_5522276 Demolition are out to confront the Hart Foundation. The Harts want to take them on right then and there, but they get attacked on their way to the ring. The Harts are left laying in the aisle. Good segment to hype Summerslam.
December 21, 201212 yr comment_5523389 The Hart Foundation continue to express their plans to regain the Tag Titles and bring up that tag teams are supposed to be 2-on-2. Demolition comes out and Ax points out that the Hart Foundation are the only team to come with built-in excuses before losing a match. The Harts make an impromptu challenge, 3-on-2 for the titles, but make the mistake of turning their backs when they head to the ring, and pay for it.
January 4, 201312 yr comment_5525972 We get some funny comments from Vince and Jesse when they pan to a girl in the crowd. Good beatdown from Demos that solidified their heel turn.
February 1, 201312 yr comment_5532245 Bret getting mic time. He’s wants to know why Demolition are using three wrestlers. Anvil doing most of the talking. Demolition joins us. Ax says Hart Foundation are full of excuses. Bret wants a tag match right now. Harts turn their back and head to the ring. Too easy for Demolition as they attack them from behind. Jesse is still doing commentary.
January 28, 201510 yr comment_5651792 The Demos had to be officially turned heel someway, and this was as good as any. If I didn't know better, I'd swear that it was Neidhart who was going to get the big singles push once the Harts eventually broke up. He did most of the talking for the team, had the kind of outlandish personality Vince loves, and was Vince's ideal size, if not exactly a muscleman. I don't think he'd have been a long-term champion like Bret turned out to be- in fact, he probably wouldn't have ended up WWF champion at all- but who would have thought in 1990 that Bret would have the career he turned out to have as a single? Ax would have made a great manager for the Demos if he hadn't left/been fired after he got sick. At any rate, he'd have been better than Fuji, who was circling the drain by '91 and needed to hang it up. (Yes, he'd be revitalized by managing Yokozuna, but we didn't know that then.)
