December 18, 201212 yr Author comment_5522890 Llanes poses in random places and we get footage from some sparring sessions while a WCW-like knockoff of Cameo's "Word Up" plays.
January 5, 201312 yr comment_5526183 This is a little cooler than the Rayo vignette, as we get some sparring action as the announcer recites his favorite holds and his family history. El Gusano means "The Maggot," in case we weren't clued in that this was a bad guy.
January 18, 201312 yr comment_5528825 Awesome wave from Llanes and him looking over Mexico City. This was strange in tone.
February 3, 201312 yr comment_5532741 Lots of posing and flexing. Some wrestling action though in the gym.
February 12, 201510 yr comment_5654098 I liked that they showed Llanes as a capable wrestler even though he's supposed to be a rudo. It's rare that American promotions emphasize that kind of thing in introductory vignettes, even with guys like Ted DiBiase and Curt Hennig, who are two of the best heel workers in the world. "The Maggot", eh? Sounds like an inductee for turncoat Slaughter's "Camel Corps". I'm enjoying these vignettes more than the lucha matches, believe it or not.
May 18, 20169 yr comment_5753402 I dug this a lot. Good poses, good flexes, decent striation and vascularity, can't complain.
February 2, 20178 yr comment_5786792 We see Llanes looking out over the skyline holding his finger up to indicate he’s number one, posing and flexing, and working on his submission holds in the wrestling ring. Lovely robe he’s wearing at the end of this!
