I really started paying attention when they came back from the break. And the silence for Cesaro's control section was weird considering RVD is usually very over.

God dammit I hate RVD so much.

The siren sound effect could be okay but the rest of Cesaro's new music couldn't be more generic.

I was enjoying Corporate Kane but this was the evil monster character done right. No dopey "throwing a guy off a cliff" or "Electrocute his balls", (as funny as that was), but the simplicity and scariness of three fucking tombstone piledrivers on the floor, the stairs, and a table.

Well RVD beating Cesaro is complete bullshit but at least we are going to get Barrett in the title match against Big E because nobody wants to see RVD in a title match in 2014

That, and we avoid a possible Cesaro IC reign that would only lead to him becoming a JTTS and having no real feuds.

I wouldn't bet on this. I sure hope Barrett advances though. Man would RVD winning make me angry. RVD is the worst thing in WWE right now. Cesaro/Barrett would have been a great match too.

 

Man what was up with RVD/Cesaro? Cesaro's heat seems damaged, or was it just a generally dead crowd? They were really hot for the first hour or so. Match should've been a lot better given how good Cesaro is as a base for mediocre high fliers.

I guess I might be the only one but the Rusev/Lana act is so throwback and random (a fake Russian managing a Bulgarian with vague Islamic connection?) and his 1000 yard stare so bizarre that I am really looking forward to their appearances .

Can't believe they are running Swagger/Cesaro on Smackdown rather than at the PPV, they have these ready made feuds and they just waste them in TV matches whilst filling the PPVs with padding and rubbish. Even worse is that the promo afterwards suggested RVD/Cesaro at Extreme Rules, and if this match was any indication they have zero chemistry, the first few minutes were excrutiating.

They are going to pull the trigger on the Cena heel turn.
