June 15, 20169 yr comment_5757173 "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson (12/28/87)Arn controlled the early part of the match on the mat but Garvin came firing back with shots and sent Arn scurrying to the floor. Arn would recover though and eventually got Garvin back to the mat where he worked over his left arm before we go to break and we come back with Garvin making a comeback throwing big shots to Arn. Garvin hits the Garvin Stomp which of course was awesome but he would miss a diving elbow drop. Garvin would lock on a Figure-Four but Dillon would reach in and raked his eyes as Tommy Young wasn't looking giving Arn a chance to regroup. Arn would get Garvin back on the mat which was his main strategy to keep Garvin off of offense. Garvin would come off the top with a cross body block but Arn caught him in the air and his foot hit Garvin then Tully would run out for the DQ. Luger then ran out and jumped Arn as Garvin brawled with Tully and then Luger got the Torture Rack on Dillon before Arn hit his knee. Luger recovered though and everyone brawled to the back. This was a very fun match although not as good as their others but the angle afterwards puts it over the top as a low-end nomination.
