Windham is out next saying that he will be more aggressive now in his matches. Ricky Morton is out next for a promo about the Sheepherders. "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert vs. George South (12/10/87) Easy win for Eddie. The Roadies are out for a promo about being the best. Michael "PS" Hayes vs. Larry Stephens (12/10/87) Squash. They show clips of what happened on 12/25/87 at the Omni where Ole Anderson returned and helped Luger fight off the Horsemen. Extra material. US Tag Titles: The Midnight Express ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Sweet" Stan Lane) © vs. The Super Powers ("American Dream" Dusty Rhodes & "Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff) (12/10/87) MX are fun at bumping and selling early on plus the Dusty/Bubba tease was nice. There is some clipping here but it doesn't look like we missed anything important as the MX are still getting their asses kicked this time by Dusty alone with a double DDT. Dusty would soon work FIP even taking shots from Bubba on the floor and the MX was very solid here as a team working him over. Dusty would hit a sweet desperation dropkick on Eaton to get a tag to Nikita who fires up on Bobby before missing a running shoulder smash in the corner allowing the MX to work over Nikita's left arm. The armwork was done very well here as the MX kept up the pressure and tagged in and out to stay fresh. Nikita was also very good here in his hope spots and selling keeping the fans hot for the upcoming tag. Nikita hit a big Russian Sickle on Eaton to setup his tag to Dusty who ran wild on the MX before putting the figure-four on Eaton with Nikita cutting off Lane. Corny would come in to use the racket and got caught for the DQ and got put in the sleeper which brought in Bubba but Dusty let go and stared at him. The heels would outnumber the faces afterwards and laid them out. Cheap finish but this was a very good match and should be a nomination. The Horsemen are out next for a fun promo. Mike Rotundo vs. David Isley (12/10/87) Sullivan is on commentary again and the Rotundo saga continues. Boring chants break out here. They close the show by showing some of the Bunkhouse Stampede from that night. World Championship Wrestling Sunday Edition 12/27/87 This starts with a promo from Doc about the upcoming Bunkhouse Stampede. "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Italian Stallion & Curtis Thompson (12/13/87) The Horsemen really give the faces some offense early on here but they would win easily. Arn & Tully give a promo afterwards about Luger & Ole. "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. The Gladiator (12/13/87) Squash. Flair is out next for a promo about Hayes. The Midnight Express ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Sweet" Stan Lane) vs. Denny Brown & John Savage (12/13/87) Another fun MX TV match. The Super Powers out for a promo next about their current battles with the MX and Nikita's issue with Rotundo. Sting vs. Joe Lynn (12/13/87) Squash and Joe Lynn would become Joe Cruz. Paul Jones and his men are out next for a promo about the Roadies. "Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko vs. Bob Emory (12/13/87) Squash and a promo afterwards.
