Elvira hypes Luger vs Simmons as the world title match of the century. At least they tried.

Elvira didn't have enough of announcing the WM 2 main event that now she is doing a commercial for Halloween Havoc.

I kind of liked this. Elvira was used well, and Luger and Simmons both looked like guys you'd want to plunk down twenty-five bucks to see wrestle. I'm not sure what else they could have done in just thirty seconds.

I'd say that given the state of WCW when this aired, they really did well with this ad. They got Elvira to do it and both Simmons and Luger looked good. Judging this solely on the current state of WCW, this was actually one of their successes of the time. If you look at the rest of the world it's probably pretty low end. I tend to think small things that work should be highlighted when a company is as downtrodden as WCW right now.
