Also, pretty sure Kamala had been wrestling for a # of years before he got the Kamala gimmick. Wasn't particularly good but he'd been trained and had worked a bunch of places by that point.

February 10, 201213 yr comment_5494699 Only thing I would add to the Territory discussion is how IWA-MS was very influential to Punk and Hero's development and how especially in 2001 and 2003 the promotion was run like a weekly territory and provided for growth of the workers and variety of opponents.
