WCW Sunday Edition 2/8/87 continues here.

This starts with a Paul Jones interview with Rude & Manny who are so great.

NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. Brad Armstrong (1/31/87)

Brad jumps Tully at the bell and sends him scurrying to the floor where Tully could finally get his jacket off and this is really fun stuff as Brad is running wild on Tully. Brad is throwing some great punches here and is trying to put Tully away early so the time limit won't be a factor. Tully fires back with a nice jumping knee to the head but Brad isn't having it and comes back throwing Tully into the corner where he does a Slaughter bump over the top to the floor which was hard to do in the cramped WTBS Studios. Dillon was nervous as hell on the floor as Tully desperately throws Brad to the floor so of course they go to a break and come back with Brad again teeing off on Tully. Tully is great here selling and bumping here even taking the hard running shoulder into the ringpost. Brad is throwing out everything he can to try to put away Tully who is surviving on will and then Tully tries to run away but Brad chases him down and carries him back to the ring. This is fantastic stuff here as Tony & David are going nuts thinking Brad has him beat as the time ticks down. Brad would hit the Russian Legsweep right as time ran out so Tully retains. WOW I haven't watched this in years and I forgot how great this was and it sucks that Brad never got a proper feud with a Horsemen member. This is a easy nomination to me.

Next we get a Murdoch promo who marked out over the match himself before talking about an upcoming barbed wire match with Big Bubba which I would've loved to have seen. Murdoch then foreshadows his heel turn saying that there are things bothering him that he will straighten out in a little while.

Then we get a Scouting Report with Paul Boesch which was cool as he talks history and actually shows film from The Sportatorium in the 1950's of Killer Kowalski & Zebra Kid vs. Duke Keomuka & Mr. Moto.

Next we get a crazy Valiant promo.

"Total Package" Lex Luger vs. Tommy Angel (1/31/87)

This is Dillon's debut in Lex's corner and a promo afterwards explaining their agreement.

Next we get a Baron promo.

Ole Anderson & "Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. "White Lightning" Tim Horner & Eddie Roberts (1/31/87)

Flair & Ole teaming on a rare occasion and they worked very well as a team. Horner had his moments here but his partner was garbage.

Windham comes out afterwards as Luger is with Dillon and is pissed about Luger aligning with Dillon so Luger attacks him ending their friendship.

Uncle Ivan & Petrov are out next a promo.

Vladimir Petrov vs. Zane Smith (1/31/87)

Squash.

Next we get a Super Powers promo.

"Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez & "Ravishing" Rick Rude vs. Kent Glover & Rocky King (1/31/87)

Squash.

Then we get a Corny promo leading to.....

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Vernon Deaton & Larry Stephens (1/31/87)

Squash.

Flair comes out next for a promo next dressed like a fuckin pimp wearing a mink coat over his suit. This is a great promo as Flair is showing off his suspenders...then pulls out $5,000 and hands Tony $500 to get a better suit.

Dillon is out for a promo which brings out Tim Horner trying to defend Windham's honor leading to....

"Enforcer" Arn Anderson vs. "White Lightning" Tim Horner (1/31/87)

Horner comes out blazing but Arn gets the advantage until Windham runs out and sends Arn out of the ring. Windham then cuts a promo on Lex afterwards.

Corny & MX are out next for a promo about trying to injure Ronnie Garvin.

Tully is out next for a promo talking about Windham which leads to a complete Horsemen promo

World Championship Wrestling Sunday Edition 2/1/87

Dusty starts out with a promo talking Dusty things.

"Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff vs. Dave Spencer (1/31/87)

Squash.

Next we get a promo by Garvin & Windham about the MX.

Then we get a promo by Jones, Manny, & Rude.

"Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin & Barry Windham vs. Alan Martin & Bill Tabb (1/31/87)
