Posted February 8, 201312 yr comment_5534056 This starts with promos by Street & Flame along with Norvell & Soto. The Bullet & Brad Armstrong come out next where Solie tells Bullet that Bob Geigel if he unmasks as Bob Armstrong then he would banned from the NWA. The Bullet & Brad Armstrong vs. The Bounty Hunters (10/7/85) This is the same fatass Bounty Hunters that worked Mid-South a couple of months earlier. Ron Fuller is on commentary as the faces win easily. Next we get promos by Bullet & Brad and Fuller & Golden. Continental TV Title Tournament: Norvell Austin vs. Jimmy Valentine (10/7/85) Squash. Then we get promos by Norvell & Street. Next we get an ad for a Tommy Rich lifesized poster and this is a definite extra. "Wildfire" Tommy Rich & Johnny "Crash" Rich vs. The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) (10/7/85) Nightmares jump the Rich's in the entrance way and the war is on as they brawl all over ringside before finally going to the ring. These guys are just battering each other and the referee can't keep control of the action. The action finally settles into a normal match with the Rich's working over the Nightmares who are bumping like crazy here especially Ken Wayne who bumps over the top rope to the floor but hitting head first on the apron. Nightmares would use chairs to get the advantage and go on the offensive against Johnny who is fun in his short FIP run before Tommy gets the hot tag and runs wild. Tommy is out for blood and he gets it by ripping up one of the Nightmares' masks and just gigs him. Tommy would eventually get launched over the top rope for a DQ while the Nightmares break out a strap but Wildfire brings in one of his own and the whipping starts. This was just a fun out of control brawl with blood and great punches. This moves forward fairly easily even with a cheap finish. Next we get promos by the Rich's & Nightmares. The next show starts with Solie announcing the dream match would be Street vs. Austin Idol which didn't take place before Golden came out whining about the Bullet and their loser leaves town match that night. (11/4/85) Then we get clips of Bullet injuring Robert Fuller and a promo by Robert from his jacuzzi. (11/4/85) Elimination Match for the Southeastern Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. "Wildfire" Tommy Rich & Johnny "Crash" Rich (11/4/85) This is different than their previous wars as they work this like a regular southern tag but at a great pace and everyone bouncing around the ring. Wayne & Johnny Rich would get eliminated quickly and Tommy would get an O'Connor Roll immediately on Davis to win the titles. This was so fun but way way short especially compared to their wars. No nomination but extra material. Rich's cut a celebratory promo afterwards with Johnny holding a chicken suit saying that the Nightmares could get a rematch if one of them wore a chicken suit which pissed them off but they accepted. Southeastern Heavyweight Title: "Exotic" Adrian Street © vs. Norvell Austin (11/4/85) Miss Linda was barred from ringside here and Street is pissed about that. Norvell comes out blazing early taking it to Street inside and outside the ring with Norvell slamming Street on the ringside table. Norvell chokes Street in the ropes until Miss Linda comes out dressed up in a tracksuit wearing a doorag and punches Austin allowing Street to roll him up for the win. Cool angle at the end but this was basically a squash until then.
