Posted February 10, 201312 yr comment_5534339 Wild, all over the ball park brawl. They go way up into the stands and fight among the people for several minutes. Starr ends up sprinting away from him and they go to a wild exchange with both guys brawling on the a dugout and Starr whipping Invader with a weight belt. Then they brawl on the camera stand which leads to a hilarious scramble as the camera guy tries to figure out how the fuck to get a shot. Both guys bleed and look exhausted, but Starr keeps at it with the belt. When Invader gets the upperhand again he tries to climb up the netting behind the backstop which I thought was hysterical. Back in the ring Starr takes control and hits a nice butterfly suplex and a senton, but takes a nut shot on a second senton attempt. Then we get a shit finish with both guys failing to make a ten count. Really fun stuff over all.
May 14, 20169 yr comment_5752735 Street Fight: The Invader vs. Ron Starr (8/17/86) Invader's clothes may be the most grungy street fight clothes ever as he looked like he just changed the oil on a 1976 Ford LTD. GOD DAMN was the brawling here awesome as they brawled on the field then took it to the stands with the fans which was amazing. This is what a god damn street fight is all about as these guys go up pretty far in the seat with fans surrounding them watching the action. The brawling on top of the dugout was dramatic as shit as both men were just throwing bombs and then Invader went nuts with his boot on Starr's head. Starr would then start choking Invader with a belt but that wouldn't stop Invader as he just kept coming back until they got back to the ring where the camera misses a good bit of action because they are brawling on top of the camera station and then he gets a good shot right in their faces which was AWESOME watching this POV shot. Both men are juicing and have been teeing off on each other so much they are blowed up to shit but they keep it going as they go to the opposite side of the field this time for that group of fans to watch them. Starr tries to escape to the fans but Invader pulls him back and they finally go to the ring proper for some brawling. This is now a total war of attrition with both men giving all they could until both men couldn't answer the count of 10 which while kinda sucked as a finish made total sense because of the warfare we saw. This was simply amazing and a grand slam nomination.
